Thank you for shopping with Coastal Seashell Decor! Because we offer a mix of handcrafted, print-on-demand, and curated shipped products, shipping times and methods vary by product type. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Print-on-demand apparel & accessories: 2–7 business days to produce before shipping
  • Handcrafted coastal decor (seashell crosses, trees, trinket dishes, etc.): 3–5 business days to prepare and package
  • Dropshipped home decor & gifts: 1–3 business days before shipping

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

  • Standard Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Domestic (US): 2–4 business days (where available)
  • International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the product type, size, and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — look for any active promotions at checkout.

Multiple Shipments Because our products come from different fulfillment sources, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

International Orders We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim and send a replacement.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your email] — we can only make changes before the order enters production or ships.
